Privileges & Terms

Proposed membership terms are subject to business and legal review before paid enrollment. Cancellation, refund, renewal and billing terms are awaiting approval.
Waiting Time
- Complimentary waiting allowances apply per eligible, confirmed reservation.
- Waiting begins when the chauffeur is at the agreed pickup location, at the scheduled pickup time or later, and ready to receive you. Early arrival does not start the clock before your scheduled pickup time.
- Your allowance is one continuous waiting period. Minutes cannot be split, saved or carried over.
- Waiting beyond the included allowance may be billed at the applicable rate disclosed before you confirm. Undisclosed charges or retroactive changes to confirmed terms do not apply.
- Repeated misuse, unreasonable delays or use outside the intended purpose may lead to a review or restriction of privileges under the published terms.
Chauffeur Assistance
- Preferred includes one 30-minute assistance session per membership month. Signature includes four 30-minute sessions in total per membership month.
- Sessions must be connected to an eligible, paid transportation reservation. This is not a separate personal assistant, shopping, delivery or errand-running service.
- Request all assistance in advance. Blackwater must explicitly approve it, based on chauffeur availability, scheduling, safety, legal parking and operational feasibility.
- Requests may be declined if they are unsafe, unreasonable, outside the service scope or incompatible with other commitments.
- Sessions cannot be accumulated, transferred, exchanged for cash or carried into the next month.
- Waiting time and assistance cannot be counted for the same minutes. Assistance does not automatically extend your reservation beyond the duration Blackwater has confirmed.
- Assistance cannot leave a vehicle or passenger unattended in a way that violates safety requirements. Heavy, hazardous or otherwise unsafe items are excluded.
Parking and Additional Expenses
- You are responsible for parking reasonably necessary for approved assistance, when those charges are disclosed or agreed to in advance.
- Purchases, gifts, admission fees and third-party expenses are not included. Chauffeurs are not required to advance personal funds.
- Gift pickups must be prearranged, reasonably on route and approved by Blackwater. Material detours or additional travel time need a separately agreed arrangement.
Preferred Chauffeur
- You may request a preferred chauffeur. Requests receive priority consideration according to your membership level.
- A specific chauffeur or vehicle is not guaranteed. All reservations remain subject to Blackwater confirmation and operational availability.
General Membership Information
- Membership is monthly. Transportation fares are charged separately.
- Essential privileges:
- Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time per eligible reservation.
- Preferred chauffeur requests, subject to availability.
- Priority reservation review.
- Access to member communications and service updates.
- Preferred privileges:
- Up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time per eligible reservation.
- All Essential membership privileges.
- One complimentary chauffeur assistance session per membership month, limited to 30 minutes.
- Help during a shopping stop, carrying reasonable purchases, or similar approved personal assistance.
- All assistance requests require advance company approval.
- Signature privileges:
- Up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time per eligible reservation.
- All Preferred membership privileges, with four assistance sessions total per membership month, each limited to 30 minutes—not four additional sessions.
- Help while shopping, carrying reasonable purchases, or other company-approved requests.
- On-route gift pickup coordination for flowers, chocolates, or similar items for special occasions.
- Gift pickups must be reasonably along the existing route, without a significant detour. Purchases and third-party costs are paid by the member.
- Every assistance and gift pickup request requires company approval.
- Membership does not guarantee instant dispatch or automatic reservation acceptance.
- Monthly assistance allowances reset each membership month. Unused privileges do not roll over.
- Cancellation, refund, renewal and billing terms require approval before paid enrollment opens. Submitting an inquiry does not activate a membership or authorize a charge.
