Cookies
Your browser. Your choices.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Cookies and similar browser storage can keep a session secure or remember a choice. This website does not use advertising trackers. Optional persistent display preferences are off until you choose to remember them. Your choice itself is stored so we can respect it.
Essential features
Sign-in and security use session information. Reservation, membership, partner and payment flows may preserve retry information when a server result is uncertain so that retrying does not create a duplicate request or charge. Ordinary unfinished reservation details are cleared on a fresh visit; recovery data for an uncertain submission is treated differently. These records are not advertising profiles.
A local flag, blackwater-app-prompt-seen, prevents the app suggestion from appearing again in this browser. It contains no identifier and stays until browser site data is cleared.
Optional display preferences
If enabled, bw_public_language remembers your selected language for up to one year; blackwater-membership-welcome-seen controls the once-per-day welcome. Local storage remains until cleared even after a value stops being used. Without persistent preferences, display choices last only for the current browser tab session.
Providers and controls
Cloudflare security and Turnstile, Google Maps address suggestions, and Stripe payment features may process technical information when you use them. Stripe and wallet providers control their own payment storage. Browser settings can restrict cookies or clear stored data, but clearing essential records can sign you out or remove recovery information. The controls below change only optional Blackwater display preferences, not sign-in or payment records.
